According to the instructions given by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland to the heads of missions in the Finnish Embassies each head of mission is obliged to prepare and present an action plan for the Embassy within three months from the day the head of mission has commenced his duties.
The Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Finland in Windhoek, Mr Asko Luukkainen, commenced his duties 1st of August 2008. The action plan for the Embassy has been presented in the end of October 2008. The action plan is jointly prepared with the staff working in the Embassy of Finland. It has been published in these pages but only in Finnish.
